We don’t compete with our Dealers and Business Partners

Unlike many other fabricators, we don’t sell cabinets nor do remodeling. We simply will not compete with our dealers or partners. On the contrary, as a business partner, we believe our role is to refer business to our Premium Partners.

Quick Turnaround Time

We realize the importance of quick turnaround time for our dealer partners.

Since we carry a large selection of slab inventory and our fabrication process and factory are fully automated, we are able to turn most projects from template to installation in less than a week. Our 30,000 square-foot facility and advanced CNC machinery have the capacity to produce an average of 20 projects per day. Therefore, we are able to handle several large jobs simultaneously without sacrificing turnaround time.

Precise Measurement

Our custom stone countertops only look their best when they fit perfectly and seams are placed inconspicuously at desired locations. At ESC, we use advanced digital measurement technologies in the industry for direct input into our CNC machinery. Our experienced and trained technicians will use specially calibrated laser equipment and advanced software for precise measurement of your project

Stone Selection & Quality

We both import directly and buy from distributors. As part of our 30,000 square-foot facility, we hand select and stock one of the best selections of premium and exotic granite, marble, quartzite and quartz slabs in our inventory. We never purchase commercial grade stones.

CNC Stone Machinery

At ESC, we have made major investments in the most advanced CNC

stonecutting and profiling machinery. Our state-of-the-art CNC equipment will cut and profile stones consistently and with precision. Stones that are cut and profiled by hand are wavy and inconsistent in quality.

Amongst several hundred fabricators in the Washington DC area, only a few own and operate CNC machinery, such as ours.

Designer Showroom

Our award winning designer showroom features attractive displays of full stone countertops, bars, vanity tops, bathtub and shower surrounds, and fireplaces. Each display item has been fabricated to demonstrate our quality workmanship, and is produced in various colors and edge profiles to show you the most options available for your project. It is an ideal place for our Partners to bring clients to browse for ideas and select their stone and edge profiles in a relaxed atmosphere.

Insurance and Peace of Mind

We carry comprehensive liability and workers compensation insurance both at our facilities and installation sites. Should an accident ever happen during an installation, our insurance will cover, not yours.

All of our installers must go through mandatory criminal background checks, and random drug test. Our Lifetime Warranty covers the workmanship and installation of our work (not due to the settlement of the home) as long as your customers own their homes.

Protection of your Customer’s Investment

At ESC, we use an Impregnator, a specially formulated sealant that penetrates into the stone below its surface and leaves the natural beauty and characteristic of the stone intact. Many other fabricators either do not use any sealant or use inexpensive sealants.
