Quality stone countertop fabrication starts with selecting a quality premium stone that has no flaws, artificial fillers, cracks, or poor color palette. The next phase of process is precise measurement of your project, and cutting the slabs. Here is where advanced laser technology and CNC machinery excel to ensure a perfect fit. Lastly, cut and polished stone require experienced artisans to put the final touches and install your new countertops.

STONE SELECTION

Only the Best and Finest Quality Stone Slabs

As with most other natural stone materials, such as diamond, there are different grades of granite and marble slabs. Granite, Marble and Soapstone slabs are usually available in two different grades, Premium and Commercial. Premium-grade slabs have more vibrant colors, higher quality polish, have been resin coated at the factory for porosity, and have fewer flaws. Premium slabs are considerably more expensive than the commercial-grade stone. At Euro Stone Craft, we purchase only premium-grade slabs from reputable quarries and importers. We hand select each slab from the local distributors who meet our quality standards. Similarly with the Engineered Stone, every slabs we receive goes through our rigorous inspection process for the color clarity, batch matching, inclusion of foreign objects in the slab, and overall soundness.

All of our design consultants are knowledgeable and trained to advise you with your stone selection and edge profile designs to meet your specific application, style and taste. Our award winning designer showroom in Herndon VA is updated regularly with new displays to include of the latest stone material, colors, and designs. Our showroom is designed for our clients to get ideas and inspiration of material and designs in the industry. Our showroom in Herndon VA is open to public and welcome you to visit us Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. An appointment with one of our design consultants is highly recommended for free consultation. However, if you would just like to browse and get ideas for your next project, no appointment is necessary.

DIGITAL TEMPLATE

Precise Measurement

Your custom stone countertop will only look its best when it is fit perfectly and the seams are placed inconspicuously at desired locations. At ESC, we use LT-3D Laser by Laser Products, one of the most advanced digital measurement technologies in the industry. Our experienced and trained technicians will use specially calibrated laser measuring tool and advanced software to create a precise digital template of your countertop with 1/1000” accuracy. Many of our competitors do not have digital template capability and continue to use wood strips, cardboard, or just plain measuring tape to create their template.

State-of-the-art CNC Machineries

At Euro Stone Craft, we have made major investments in the most advanced CNC stonecutting and profiling machinery, to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. Our state-of-the-art Breton, Northwood, and Park Industries equipment will cut and profile the stones consistently with precision that is found in the aircraft industry. Stones that are cut and profiled by hand are wavy and inconsistent in quality. Amongst the several hundred fabricators in the Washington DC area, there are few fabricators who own and operate such CNC machinery and technology.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Insurance and Peace of Mind

At Euro Stone Craft, we are so confident of our workmanship that we offer Limited Lifetime Warranty on workmanship on any countertop we install in a residential project, as long as you own your home. Stone or stain warranty is covered by the manufacturer of the stone and it is not covered under our lifetime workmanship warranty. We also carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation both at our facilities and installation sites. Should an accident ever happen during an installation, our insurance will cover, not yours. For your safety, all of our installers and measure technician go through a mandatory criminal background check, and random drug test.

ENVIRONMENT

Euro Stone Craft has always been in forefront of being environmentally responsible, and keeping our associates safe. We recycle 100% of our water with advanced water treatment technologies, as well as, recycling all of our stone scrap pieces. We do not perform any dry cutting and, unlike many of our competitors, you won’t find much dust in our factory. This provides a healthier environment for our employees, as well as our clients when they visit us.
